Include the details that matter
- The campaign and report name.
- A link to the report.
- What you were trying to do and the step where it stopped.
- Any error message, copied exactly.
- The time it happened and your time zone.
- A screenshot of the affected area, if it helps explain the issue.
For a ranking question, also include the keyword, search engine, device, location, and date range you compared. These settings help the team investigate the same result you are seeing.
Keep passwords and API keys out of your message and screenshots.
