# Read your ranking report

> Filter ranking results, inspect keyword history, and find changes worth investigating.

Use a rank tracking report to see where you rank and which keywords need a closer look.

## Focus the overview

1. Open a report from **Rank Tracker**, such as the existing `Booking US` report in our example campaign.
2. In **Overview**, select the search engine. Keep **All Locations** for a broad view or choose one location for a closer comparison.
3. Choose **7D**, **30D**, **90D**, or **All** to set the time range.
4. Review **Avg Position**, **Top 3**, **Top 10**, **Winners**, **Losers**, and **Not Found** for a quick picture of the results.
5. Use **Quick Filter** to focus the keyword table: **All Keywords**, **Winners**, **Losers**, **Top Movers**, **Top 10**, or **Not Found**.

Check the report's device before comparing results. **Desktop** or **Mobile** may be disabled when the report only contains data for the other device.

## Investigate a keyword

Search the table for a keyword. Compare its location rankings and **Best** value, and use **Volume** where available to add search-demand context. Use **Columns** to choose which information is visible.

Select the keyword in **Ranking History** to see its available ranking trend. Start with **Losers** or **Top Movers** to find changes to investigate, then compare the same keyword, location, engine, and device over time.

A **Not Found** result should be read alongside the report's result depth. It does not, by itself, establish that a website is absent from every search result.

## Check the settings or export the data

Open **Details** to confirm the domain, scope, device, language, number of results, engines, and keywords. These settings help explain why two reports may show different rankings.

Use **Export CSV** to work with the table outside GeoRanker. For ongoing tracking, [set a monitoring schedule](https://docs.georanker.com/docs/start-a-monitor).
