# Check your plan and usage

> See the current usage period and compare counted activity with your plan allowances.

Check your usage before adding more reports, projects, or recurring tracking.

## Open your usage summary

1. Select **Settings** in the sidebar.
2. Open **Plan & usage**.
3. Check the plan name and the date when the displayed period started.
4. Compare each counted item with its allowance.

The summary includes report counts by tool, active monitors, projects, keyword lists, and team members. The values depend on your plan, so use the amounts displayed in your account.

## Understand uncounted allowances

The separate **Included, not yet counted** section lists allowances for which usage is not yet measured. An included amount is not a measurement of how much you have used or how much remains.

Keep this distinction in mind when reviewing keyword discovery, report locations, API credits, or shared-report allowances shown in that section.

## Plan recurring work

Check [monitoring schedules](https://docs.georanker.com/docs/start-a-monitor) before adding more recurring reports. Choose a frequency that matches how often you review the results.

For billing or allowance questions, open **Billing** from the **User menu**, or [contact support](https://docs.georanker.com/docs/contact-us). Avoid estimating your current allowance from an old pricing table or credit formula.
